Just Paintball has been around since 2003 and is the UK's leading paintball retailer and stocks a wide range of equipment for all levels of player and within all budgets.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

We’ll endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can. Often your order will be sent the same day you order it but sometimes it could take up to ten days depending on stock levels. If you haven’t received your order within ten days, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01325 24 24 19. If your order is of an urgent nature please select next day or priority shipping.

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE IF WHAT I WANT ISN’T IN STOCK?

We will inform you immediately if your order is not in stock and let you know an estimated delivery time. If only part of your order is in stock we will contact you to see if you want it shipped in part or if you want to wait until it can be shipped in full.

4. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes although free shipping only covers the UK and Ireland right now. This will be in line with Royal Mail’s overseas delivery charges.

5. CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?

Yes. Most major cards are accepted, including Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch / Maestro and Solo and we accept American Express.

6. HOW DO I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION WILL BE SECURE?

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The site is secured through GeoTrust and all orders are processed through our payment gateway - Sagepay. We don't hold or have access to any card details at any time.

7. WHAT DO I DO TO CHANGE AN ORDER?

9. WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL?

Please ring the shop straight away on 01325 24 24 19 and let us know the exact situation. We will always pack your order in a way that protects it as much as possible so if it doesn’t arrive with you in perfect working order we need to know so we can sort it out for you!

10. WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED LATE?

Just Airsoft is not offering any team sponsorship at this time. We do however sponsor paintball teams, this is all handled through Just Paintball.

13. HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FROM THIS SITE?

In order to purchase anything you must be over 16 years of age. If you are below the age of 16 please ask your parent / guardian to carry out the transaction on your behalf.
